My passion and goal is to help you re-imagine your life.
I am zealous about meeting people at the crossroads of life and helping them cross the road, which is the key to unlocking your potential and feeling confident and in control. I enhance clients' thought patterns to achieve their life and professional goals and secure skills to assist each client's unique needs. I help clients explore their meaning-making process and value systems using an integrative approach—the life cycle, lived experiences, belief systems, professional insight, and worldview.
My name is Tina Ward, and I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. With over 10 years of experience as a Hospital Chaplain, more than 20 years in servant leadership as a Woman in Ministry in the Christian church, and several years of Entrepreneurship, I pride myself on helping others realize You Matter, Your Thoughts Matter, and You Have A Right to Change Your Mind. I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.
My professional academic studies are extensive and diverse, providing a solid foundation for my counseling and coaching practice. I hold a B.A. in Theology, a Master of Divinity (M.Div.), a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (M.A.CMHC), several M.A. Certificates in Organizational Leadership, Suicide & Cyberbullying Prevention, and Crisis-Informed Care for a Diverse, Globalized World, and a one-year residency in Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE). Currently, I am pursuing further professional and academic development as a Ph.D. student in the International Psychology program at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
As a counselor, coach, and consultant, I bring the necessary tools, understanding, and a deep sense of empathy and compassion to the table. I am here to guide and support you in creating the life you envision and reclaiming your sense of self and identity.
